About Us

We are the Crazy 8, a group of students in the Event Management program at Algonquin College’s school of Hospitality and Tourism. Our group is made up of people with diverse backgrounds in language, education, and experience, and we have come together from all over the world to put our heads together to bring you Hockey Trivia Night. We are all very excited at the chance to partner with the Dave Smith Youth Treatment Centre to help them raise money to build a new classroom. Their cause is very dear to our hearts, and it really is a fantastic source of motivation for us putting on this event. Hockey is Canada’s game, and we know that hockey is a force that brings all kinds of people together in this city, so we are eager to bring together hockey fans, hockey experts, and people who are curious about hockey for a night of fun in support of a great cause.
